Made of Herman Oak leather (made in the USA and some of the best quality leather you'll find) and plain steel hardware, these breast collars will bring your stone/bling sets to the next level. 
And because these breast collars have not had a leather finish applied, you could buy the "natural" leather color and try your hand at tooling without having to invest in a large side of leather, a sewing machine, or any of the other equipment necessary for making high quality breast collars. 
These would also work very well with leather specific acrylic paints (I like Angelus).
Breast collar in the photo is the color "Chocolate" and freshly oiled (so will be a bit lighter when the oil settles). Fringe will be made extra long so you can cut to your desired length
